Check-in

between 12 noon and 2 p.m. CT

Camp starts

3 p.m. CT

After checking in, settle into your room, visit with friends, and get to know other campers.
To prevent vehicular congestion on campus, campers should be dropped off by their parents or sponsors.

Departure

Checkout at the residence halls

Drama Camp and Music Academy—Saturday at 10 a.m. CT
(After 11 a.m., campers may be picked up at the Commons.)

All Other Camps—Friday at 1 p.m. CT
(After 2 p.m., campers may be picked up at the Commons.)

Campers must check out with camp staff in the Residence Halls when leaving campus. For your camper’s security, those picking up campers (including parents or legal guardians) must present a photo ID.
If you want someone else to pick up your camper, please contact us by 4 p.m. CT the Thursday of camp.

Flight/Accommodation Information

Participants should not make nonrefundable travel reservations until they have been notified of acceptance.

Accommodations for early arrival and late departure are not available. A weekend stay is included as part of Music Academy only.

Flight departures

Flight departures should be scheduled for the following times:

Drama Camp and Music Academy—Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon CT

All Other Camps—Friday, between 1 and 3 p.m. CT

Complimentary Transportation

Complimentary transportation may be available for you! If you are traveling to camp via the Pensacola International Airport (PNS) or the Pensacola Greyhound Station, you can sign up for shuttle transportation. Please complete and submit the Shuttle Transportation Request form at least two weeks before camp to sign up.
