Experience the physical rigors of becoming a police officer and discover how investigators detect and apprehend criminals. You’ll see—from a biblical and practical perspective—how the three branches of the justice system work together, and how to apply Christian ethics to everyday issues that law enforcement professionals face.
Hands-on activities teach you how to process a crime scene, present a case before a judge and jury, and conduct work as a patrol officer. In this program, you’ll work with state-of-the-art technology and learn from experienced law enforcement officers who will test you academically and physically.

Registration is open to campers from 14 to 18 years old who have just completed or are entering into grades 9–12.

Dr. Walker is a law enforcement veteran who led various units and sections of the police department, including uniform patrol, traffic, warrants, property, and crime prevention, and retired as a lieutenant after 25 years of service. He has worked extensively with children as the post advisor for the Explorer program at the police department and at his church as the director of their Master Clubs program.
He taught at various police academies in the region for over 15 years, serving as an adjunct instructor in areas related to patrol and traffic. He holds a bachelor’s degree in administration of criminal justice and a master’s in strategic leadership. Feeling the Lord led him and his family to move here, Dr. Walker joined Pensacola Christian College in 2015, and in 2022, he completed his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice with a focus on homeland security. He now helps the next generation impact the criminal justice field for the cause of Christ as a camp director and PCC faculty member.
