Arrival and Departure

We're happy to provide complimentary transportation from the Pensacola International Airport (PNS) or the Pensacola Greyhound Station. To receive complimentary shuttle transportation when traveling by bus or plane, please complete and return the Shuttle Transportation Request form by the Wednesday before camp.

Accommodations for early arrival and late departure are not available. A weekend stay is included as part of Music Academy. Outside of that, weekend stays between camps are not available.

Check-In

  • Check-in is Monday between 12 noon and 2 p.m. CT.
  • Camp starts Monday at 2:30 p.m. CT.
  • First meal is served Monday at 5:30 or 6:15 p.m. CT.
    • Lunch can be purchased on Monday at the dining facilities prior to check-in.

Checkout

  • Drama Camp and Music Academy Checkout is Saturday at 10 a.m. CT. (Flight departures should be scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 noon CT.)
  • All Other Camps Checkout is Friday at 1 p.m. CT. (Flight departures should be scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. CT.)

Flight/Accommodation Information

Participants should not make nonrefundable travel reservations until they have been notified of acceptance.
